Franck was brought up in a small village on the French Riviera near Monaco and has been on boats all his life. He started sailing when he was just 5 years old and has never stopped boating since. He has cruised in the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean, working on both private and charter yachts. Franck loves what he does and plans to carry on for as long as he can. With Franck in charge, guests on BLIND DATE will always feel safe and have a very enjoyable time on board.

Chief Stewardess CAROLE CATSURIS, French

Carole is originally from the center of France but by the age of 14 she was living in the South of France and will be happy to show you the best beaches in St. Tropez and recommend the best rosŽ the Provence region has to offer. Carole has been in the yachting industry for about thirteen years. She met her husband, Franck, when she was working for a yacht broker at the first ever Monaco boat show and has cruised around the world with him ever since. Carole loves meeting new people, trying new food, and making friends wherever she goes. She takes great pride in making sure her guests have the most enjoyable days possible when cruising on BLIND DATE.

Chef EDUARDO GARCIA, American

Born in Montana, Eduardo became interested in the culinary arts at a very early age and completed his education at a cookery school in Seattle. Since 2001 he has been working in the yachting industry and during that time has travelled extensively, visiting over 20 countries and crossing the Atlantic four times. Cooking at sea is now second nature to Eduardo and his sea legs are very sturdy! Eduardo is a passionate cook, drawing inspiration from the different places he visits and delighting in local ingredients. He describes his approach to food as "sensible, intimate, opportunistic, attentive, adventurous and at times screaming with attitude and character". Whether it is highly sophisticated cuisine or simple comfort food, EduardoÕs lovingly-prepared cooking will never disappoint you.

First Mate NICK GRAY, New Zealander

Nick is from Tauranga on the East coast of New Zealand. After growing up in the tourist industry his passion for travel took him all over the globe. For the past 5 years Nick has worked as a dive instructor combining his passions to explore the underwater realm around the world. He joined BLIND DATE earlier this year and is responsible for keeping the yacht shipshape and organizing the water sports on board.

Stewardess MICHELLE FLYNN, Canadian

Michelle has just finished a degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. She joined yachting in order to see some of the places that she had been learning about in school, as well as to gain some experience in the hospitality industry. Having a love for history and culture, working on BLIND DATE enables Michelle to meet people from all over the world and to learn about many different countries as well as their languages and cultures.

Deckhand SALLY-ANN KONIG KRAMER, South African

Sally-Ann was born in South Africa. Brought up on the ocean from a very young age, she has a passion for motor yachts and their lifestyle. As a young girl, she spent her time sailing on friend's yachts or playing the piano, for which she achieved her Grade 8 Solo Piano. After high school Sally-Ann decided to combine her love for the ocean with her sporting activities, and soon achieved her Yacht Masters Offshore. This she used to sail in South African waters before moving on to sailing in international waters. Sally-Ann has an enthusiastic outlook on life and enjoys a positive, easy going atmosphere. In her spare time, she plays squash, goes jogging, scuba dives and happily engages in any other sporting activity that involves water or team mates.
