Captain: David Matthew Robertson
Nationality: British.
Languages Spoken: English, conversational French and basic German.
Qualifications: Master 3000 gt, PADI Advanced Open Water.
Previous Experience: David has been skippering sailing and motor yachts now for 17 years, some include; Flamingo (1934 Abeking and Rasmussen), Astralium, Mystic W, and TJ Esperanza (50m Amels). He has a black belt in Judo and entered numerous competitions. David has also spent several years with RAF mountain rescue and as a ski instructor.
When David is not entertaining his 2 children he enjoys all sports, gastronomy, playing guitar and the occasional round of golf.
Chief Officer: Stuart Tucker
Nationality: British.
Languages Spoken: English.
Qualifications: Yachtmaster Ocean, PADI Dive Master, RYA Sailing Instructor.
Previous Experience: Stuart started sailing at school and has a wealth of experience on the water. Since leaving his former career as a Chartered Surveyor, Stuart has undertaken a number of shipboard roles; including numerous yacht deliveries and skippering a Charter Yacht in the Caribbean with his wife.
Prior to joining Blind Date, Stuart acted as Bosun on both large Motor and Sail Yachts with cruising itineraries throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Adriatic.
Outside of yachting, Stuart is a keen motor sports enthusiast but also likes to relax by walking, reading and listening to music.
Chief Engineer: Emmanuel Frederic Part
Nationality: French/Swedish.
Qualifications: Class 2 marine engine officer graduated (MSC) at the Swedish merchant navy university Chalmers in Gothenburg.
Previous Experience: Before yachting Emmanuel has worked on large commercial Swedish vessels worldwide
Emmanuel also used to drive heavy trucks and tourist buses in Scandinavia during the summer when he was student at the university in Sweden. During the 90`s he owned a transport company in Paris his home town.
Emmanuel’s hobbies and interests include: Cars, body building, tennis and windsurfing.

Chief Stewardess: Carla Stephenson
Nationality: British.
Languages Spoken: English and conversational French.
Qualifications: NVQ level 2&3 catering and hospitality, STCW 95, Power Boat level 2.
Previous experience: Carla has been working in the yachting industry for 4 years now, aboard both charter and private yachts. Before yachting she worked has a bar manager in England.
Hobbies and interests: During her spare time she enjoys skiing, travelling and socialising.

2nd Stewardess: Francesca Gosling
Nationality: British.
Languages Spoken: English.
Qualifications: STCW 95, Power Boat Level 2, VHF Radio, Marine Hospitality, Cordon Blue Catering Course, Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene.
Previous Experience: After gaining a 2:1 Honours Degree in Industrial Design and Technology and working as an Interior Designer for a year Francesca decided to follow her long desire for working in the yachting industry. After completing a Cordon Blue culinary course and again both experience in the catering and hospitality industry she has joined Blind Date as 2nd Stewardess.
Hobbies and Interest: She loves an adventure and enjoys taking part in many outdoor activities especially horse riding. She has a great interest for travelling and enjoys gaining a great appreciation for different cultures and cuisines.
